- Dryer
The main function is to dry the moisture of compressed air. Its dryness is expressed by dew point, and the lower the dew point is, the better the drying effect is. Generally speaking, dryer types can be divided into refrigerated dryers and adsorption dryers. The pressure dew point of refrigerated dryer is above 2℃, and the pressure dew point of adsorption dryer is from -20℃ to -70℃, customers can choose different types of dryers according to their needs for compressed air quality. It is the most important equipment in the whole compressed air purification equipment.
- Filter
The main role is to remove water, dust, oil and impurities. The water mentioned here refers to liquid water, and the filter only removes liquid water, not vapor water. The filtration efficiency of the filter is determined by the precision. The general accuracy is 3u, 1u, 0.1u, 0.01u, and it is recommended to arrange the filters from large to small in accordance with the filtration accuracy during installation.
- After-cooler
It is used to cool down the compressed air and make the purified water condense out. This effect can be achieved by using a cooler or an all-in-one cooler-dryer-filter machine.
- Oil-water separator
Used to separate and discharge cooling and cooling water droplets, oil droplets, impurities, etc.; the principle of agglomeration separates oil and water, with oil floating to the upper layer to be collected by the oil collector and water discharged.
- Gas storage tank
The function is to store gas buffer, stabilize the pressure and remove most of the liquid water.
